Founded in 2024, Diamond Vision Foundation is a name that conveys a clear and focused mission centered around baseball (the "diamond") and the vision of a brighter future for youth and inner-city kids. It suggests clarity of purpose, strategic guidance, and a commitment to helping kids develop their skills, leadership, and dedication through the sport.

Welcome to the Diamond Vision Foundation! Our team is driven by a shared passion for empowering the youth and inner-city kids through sports. Founded by two former teammates from Miami Dade, and University of Miami Baseball Athletes, we bring a unique blend of professional experience and dedication to our mission.
Founder
Carlos Lequerica
Currently playing for the Detroit Tigers Affiliate, Carlos brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to succeed at the highest levels of baseball. His journey from college ball to the Professionals serves as an inspiration for the youth we support, demonstrating that with hard work and dedication, all dreams can be achieved.

Now a sports agent, Austin combines his love for the game with a deep commitment to mentoring and guiding young athletes. His expertise in navigating the sports industry and marketing, he ensures that our foundation provides the best possible support and opportunities for our participants.
